Treehouse is looking for a Marketing Executive to coordinate our marketing efforts globally. Being at the forefront of financial innovation, the digital assets space is an extremely fast-paced, challenging and exciting field.
We are looking for a person who is forward-looking, creative, and data-driven, who dares to break boundaries. The candidate will have the opportunity to work across a variety of teams from Strategy to Product, Creative Design and Data teams to run branding, PR initiatives, social media, brand campaigns and should have a general understanding of the industry’s best practices.

Roles and Responsibilities
Develop or maintain a brand strategy, including style guidelines, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for both the short and long term
Plan, execute and manage communications across our media channels
Assist with product development, pricing and new product launches
Work closely with product managers to develop and implement community engagement strategies
Manage the budget for advertising and promotional items
Conduct competitor and customer insights analysis
Create and manage our press kits
Requirements:
0 - 4 years of marketing experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
Knowledge of DeFi and blockchain space is a bonus
General knowledge of social media platforms. Such as Twitter, Reddit, Telegram and Discord
Proven experience overseeing ideas from inception to launch
Deep insights, analytics and digital marketing skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to influence, inspire, and have open and sometimes, hard conversations
Ability to manage ambiguity and thrive in a highly dynamic environment
Eye for detail, resourcefulness, initiative and creativity
Understanding (non-executional) of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
Basic knowledge of branding, layout, colour theory (aspects of branding design)
Self-motivation and driven, with a goal-oriented mindset
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Fluency & proficiency in English (Both written and spoken)
